This peak has made me realised that I do not work hard to become EE (exceed expectations) in order to get the highest tier of bonus.

I work hard to get promoted. And the fact is that auditing firms are as badly hit as other commercial sectors are (at least they say). The worry of not being promoted really spurs me in my work, despite all the late nights and weekends blown just working. I just cannot imagine not being promoted. Fishing "sia suay" and waste of my youth!

With regards to OT, I'm glad to be over the phase of why and how. It was really a very depressing phase. I hope everyone gets out of it soon. Guess its rather important to know what you want in your career and life (in the near future at least).

Ok enough of work crap.

I just cut my bangs recently. And I look super weird and gong. Think I'll just let it grow back soon and then stick to my usual boring side parting double fringe look. Boo

Wells, I have been on leave for the past 2 days but they have passed sooo fast that I don't think I have accomplished much, much less rest the headache that has never stopped bugging me since peak. And to shed the extra kilos that I have put on from dinners of macs and what not.

Can't wait for my official leave in May/Jun for 2 weeks. And hopefully I wont have to be haunted by work emails and pending work to be completed at my own time. Sigh.
